- Please be 18+ when buying NSFW models.

- No refunds. If you issue a chargeback after purchasing I will dispute it and you will be banned from my store. These are digital files so I cannot issue refunds as you already have the files and there is no way to get them back.

- Do not leak, rip, price split, redistribute or share the files around.

- Do not make my avatars public.

- Do not asset mine. This means do not take assets off of my model to use on your own. Buy them from the original creator.

- Do not claim my work as your own.

- If you are wanting any of my edited textures please DM me and we can discuss it.

- Do not share free codes. They are usually server specific as a thank you to all of you. If someone wants the avatar for free then send them here.

- If you would like to use any of my models for VTubing/commercial usage, please DM me first!

- You are free to use my avatars for NSFW works, such as OnlyFans, Pornhub etc, as long as the avatar is NSFW. Do NOT make NSFW content in the sfw versions of my avatars. If an avatar does not have a SFW version, do NOT make them NSFW.

- DO NOT USE MY AVATARS ON ANYTHING OTHER THAN VRCHAT. ESPECIALLY NOT PARASPACE.

- ABSOLUTELY NO USAGE OF MY WORK TO TRAIN AI. Do not feed my work to AI, do not create AI chatbots with my characters, do not use AI at ALL in regards to my work.

Avatar Edits TOS

- Please keep the avatar recognizable. Changing colours, outfits etc is okay but just make sure they still look the same. Like if you changed Zombabys sweater to a shirt and a jacket that would be okay because she still looks like her. Or if you gave Junie short pigtails that is still okay.

- Do not edit an avatar and claim it as your own. It is still mine on a baseline level and you have just altered it.

This is in regards to specifically my furry avatars, but the same rules still apply and point one of here still stands. This is just a more clear explanation, but this has always been the case. Any edits made before 07/08/2026 may stay as they are but keep in mind it is not allowed to be done to any models you acquire anytime after that date.

- You must keep my furry avatars recognisable as who they are, which includes their species. Species swapping and retexturing my furry avatars quickly blurs the lines between a simple edit and asset mining, as it edits have a habit of becoming their own avatar the further you take it. I am okay with retextures if the texture is the same species, or a species that still uses the ears/tail that the avatar came with. For example, Finn can be a dolphin or a whale and Teddy can be a leopard or a different species of dog as they utilise the original species assets.

- You may swap out the ear/tail assets for a new set as long as it is the same species. For example, swapping out the short bunny ears on clover for a more specific set of bunny ears you like better.

Asset TOS

- All assets can be used on free, nitro, public, paid, commission and personal avatars. If you are using them on a commission, BOTH parties need to own the asset.

- You may take parts off of my assets (as long as you legally own them) and use them on your own assets, just credit me. For example, taking the spikes off of my collars and using them on your own.

- You may retexture any of my assets and you may sell textures, as long as the price doesn't exceed the original assets price. If you have made many textures and feel like it should be more than original price, please contact me and we can discuss it.

Gifting TOS

- If you are gifting anything of mine to someone, put ther information AND yours. But just put their email.

For example:

- If you are found to be gifting to a leaker you will both be banned and blacklisted.
