- Please be 18+ when buying NSFW models.

- No refunds.

- Do not leak, rip, price split, redistribute or share the files around.

- Do not make my avatars public.

- Do not asset mine. This means do not take assets off of my model to use on your own. Buy them from the original creator.

- Do not claim my work as your own.

- If you are wanting any of my edited textures please DM me and we can discuss it.

- Do not share free codes. They are usually server specific as a thank you to all of you. If someone wants the avatar for free then send them here.

- If you would like to use any of my models for VTubing/commercial usage, please DM me first!

- You are free to use my avatars for NSFW works, such as OnlyFans, Pornhub etc, as long as the avatar is NSFW. Do NOT make NSFW content in the sfw versions of my avatars. If an avatar does not have a SFW version, do NOT make them NSFW.

- DO NOT USE MY AVATARS ON ANYTHING OTHER THAN VRCHAT. ESPECIALLY NOT PARASPACE.

- ABSOLUTELY NO USAGE OF MY WORK TO TRAIN AI. Do not feed my work to AI, do not create AI chatbots with my characters, do not use AI at ALL in regards to my work.

Avatar Edits TOS

- Please keep the avatar recognizable. Changing colours, outfits etc is okay but just make sure they still look the same. Like if you changed Zombabys sweater to a shirt and a jacket that would be okay because she still looks like her. Or if you gave Junie short pigtails that is still okay.

- Do not edit an avatar and claim it as your own. It is still mine on a baseline level and you have just altered it.

Asset TOS

- You may take parts off of my assets (as long as you legally own them) and use them on your own assets, just credit me. For example, taking the spikes off of my collars and using them on your own.

- If you are gifting anything of mine to someone, put ther information AND yours. But just put their email.
